Indian Government has removed customs duty on LCD/LED TVs during 2012 - 2013 budget and the same thing is endorsed during 2013/2014 budget. But, the customs officials at Bengaluru Airports do not accept this in spite of showing them the extracts of the budgets and impose customs duty on LCD/LED TVs on Indian MRP and not on the invoice obtained while purchasing the item. Is it justified?
